Description:
On the stormy night of Krishna’s birth, the prison doors open miraculously, and the chains binding Vasudeva fall away. Carrying the divine child in his arms, Vasudeva walks through the roaring Yamuna, which parts to give him way. A seven-headed serpent shelters the newborn from the torrential rain. Reaching Gokul, Vasudeva entrusts his son to his dear friend Nand and takes back Nand’s newborn daughter. When Kans attempts to kill the baby girl, she transforms into a fierce goddess and proclaims his destiny — the child destined to kill him is already born.
